Intelligent Automation Sr Scrum Master

　　Description

　　Servant leader and coach to a cross-functional agile team, ensuring all activities use the principles and frameworks of Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)) to deliver solutions.

　　Establishes lean/agile leadership, supports the Product Owner, and promotes quality practices; Skilled at Scrum practices of estimation and prioritization using agile techniques.

　　Guides and coaches team members on agile practices & provides developmental feedback to team members using a servant leadership style and leading by example.

　　Fosters an environment of mutual respect and cooperation, transparency, and autonomy; facilitates getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.

　　Drives adoption of agile reducing the gap between agile theory and practice; drives continuous improvement.

　　Establishes key metrics and monitors agile metrics that impact value driven delivery and indicate potential problems; Ensures all solution documentation is complete (Definition of Done).

　　Establishes and communicates team progress and goals using program boards, burn-up, burn-down or other methods.

　　Supports team rules and norms and protects the team from outside interference; removes impediments for the team or finds the right personnel to remove impediments.

　　Lean Agile and SAFe Mindset - Advocates for and leads others in the concepts of the Agile Manifesto and Lean thinking in support of adopting and applying the 9 SAFe principles and practices for the organization.

　　Agile Systems Thinking - Embraces a holistic approach to analysis that focuses on the way that a system's constituent parts interrelate and how systems work over time and within the context of larger systems to ensure the economic success of the solution.

　　Building High Performance Teams - Identifies and applies critical skills and Lean-Agile principles and practices in the creation of high-performing Agile teams to construct high-quality, well designed technical solutions.

　　DevOps and Release on Demand - Implements DevOps and a continuous delivery pipeline by providing the enterprise with the capability to release value, in whole or in part, at any time necessary to meet market and customer demand.

　　Continuous Delivery Pipeline - Implements the workflows, activities, and automation by providing the enterprise with the capability to shepherd a new piece of functionality all the way from ideation to an on-demand release of value to the end user.

　　Release Planning - Plans and manages the release of capabilities, features or products using inputs from the prioritized roadmap, planning, available resources and skills to communicate expected availability and releases of capability.

　　Education, Licenses, Certifications

　　College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in business or relevant technology-related program is required.

　　Agile Certification (Certified Scrum Master - CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) are highly preferred.

　　This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

　　Experience

　　Experience working in a software development organization and in an Agile environment as a scrum master demonstrating knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are preferred.

　　Experience Experience in relevant scrum master role and hands-on experience with complex projects with multiple work streams is a must have. Proven record in successfully implementing agile frameworks such as Kanban/SAFe Executed projects and has exposure in atleast one automation platform like UiPath, Automation Anywhere Demonstrates strong problem-solving and Continuous learning mindset. Provides multi-disciplinary teams with user stories and coaching to define the business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases. Participates in and facilitate relevant Agile ceremonies and rituals: Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Iteration / Release Planning, Showcases / Sprint Review, Retrospective. Should be flexible and adaptable to complex situations. Proactively establishes and supports the upliftment of Agile practices and foster a culture of continual service improvement in the team. Technical Skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification is a must have. Expert in Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub, etc..
