Our ideal candidate is an experienced dealership Service Manager with a verifiable, proven track record of success in training, mentoring, and motivating a service team to perform at the highest level while providing a top -notch customer experience. We are interested in speaking with Service Managers who are true leaders that conduct business with professionalism and integrity and earn customer satisfaction every day.
Dealership Service Manager Experience-Required
Hyundai or Kia experience Highly Preferred
High volume experience is a plus!
Strong track record of providing a top -notch customer experience!
CDK experience, preferred
Hands-on! Willing to jump in, write service , and call customers !
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
Ability to recruit, hire and train technicians and service advisors
Professional references to verify experience
Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
