This role will be involved in avariety of activities supporting the Milwaukee Field Teams & Ahern\'scustomer base. You will be involved with scheduling, dispatchingtechnicians, running weekly and monthly trending reports, forecastinglabor, and maintaining and answering questions regarding MaintenanceContracts. In this role, you will also spend a good portion of your timeproviding exceptional customer service to both internal (Field) &external customers. This will require excellent planning, organizational& communication skills. You will be an integral part of the team indispatching field technicians to service calls throughout the week. Whatyou need to qualify: As a Service Coordinator, you will exhibit strongattention and demonstrate exceptional customer service while takingincoming service calls, responding to customer requests includinginvoicing and billing questions, obtaining customer purchase orders, andscheduling field labor. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter withexcellent decision-making, organizational, critical thinking, andcommunication skills. In addition, the ability to handle multiple tasksand be able to work well independently as well as with the team isrequired. Three to five years of prior experience in a customerservice-related industry is required. An Associate\'s degree in anapplicable program is preferred.
