　　Big Ass Fans is looking for a Service Center Receiving Technician who can assist in day-to-day service center functions including processing returns, processing incoming goods, warehousing, general receiving, and inventory management. This is a hands-on position that requires an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and continually stay on top of the departments needs; well look to you to assess our current practices while introducing your ideas for efficiency and improvement into our systems and processes.

　　More about Your Role

　　In this position, the employee will spend a portion of their time receiving/warehousing goods and a portion helping to process RMA returns through all stages, including receiving, inspection, testing, and analysis. You may be asked to create refurbished units (through rework) to add to stock inventory.

　　Responsibilities

　　Ownership of Service Center warehouse (receiving, verification, cycle counts, and organization).

　　Pull orders and process paperwork for shipping of goods to other buildings or vendors.

　　Processing RMA return units and rejected parts.

　　Testing, diagnostics/troubleshooting, and analysis of various models of the product.

　　Determine the most efficient processing path for product returns.

　　Part replacement during rework process in building refurbished/demo unit(s), including repacking and labeling of each part/product completed.

　　Process/complete specific documentation required during daily functions.

　　Basic housekeeping duties for the safe organization of work area(s) and equipment.

　　Create and document work instructions and/or procedures for your area.

　　Requirements

　　2-year Associates' degree or technical/trade school preferred

　　3-5 yrs. of industrial manufacturing experience is a plus

　　Ability to drive sit down and stand-up lift truck

　　Basic computer skills with an emphasis in Excel and familiarity with the E10 EPR system

　　Communication skills to interface with various levels of operations

　　Proven ability to integrate inter-departmental needs and functional unit objectives to achieve business unit objectives

　　Analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task

　　Ability to effectively work in a team environment while being self-motivated and capable to work independently

　　Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate management representative
