  The Role

  Fidelity Investments has a Senior Analyst opening that represents an outstanding opportunity to accelerate an individual's career in cybersecurity and technology risk by developing deep security subject matter expertise. Join a high performing, business-facing team that contributes to protecting the sensitive information of millions of customers and representing our security posture to thousands of corporate clients:

  Support the ongoing management of customer protection programs by overseeing the annual program roadmaps and monitor changes in the cybersecurity environment.Provide assurance to customers over Fidelity's cybersecurity and data protection controls by supporting the implementation of certification programs including HITRUST and ISO 27001/27701/27017.Provide governance and oversight over the externally facing applications and microsites environments by monitoring security findings and compliance with policy via regular Senior Leadership updates.Work closely with enterprise functions including Enterprise Technology, Risk, Compliance, Enterprise Cyber Security, Enterprise Technology Risk, Enterprise Cloud Computing and Workplace Investing and Healthcare Group Business.

  The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a technology-related field; or equivalent experienceProfessional information security certification (Security+, CISSP, CISA, etc.)Knowledge of cyber and information security concepts and principles (e.g. access controls, network security, defense-in-depth, web application security, insider threat, etc.) and current eventsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to build positive partnershipsTime management skills necessary to balance multiple priorities concurrently

  You will be a member of the Workplace Customer Protection Center of Excellence (CoE), reporting to Emma Schenker. The mission of the Customer Protection CoE is to protect the Workplace community of thousands of plan sponsors and millions of participants on our retirement and benefits platforms.
