　　Role:

　　We are looking for a Strategy & Consulting – Consultant in Riyadh / Saudi Arabia to join the Supply Chain & Operations practice. The role would envisage. both business development and service delivery responsibilities, with focus on the areas of supply chain, sourcing & procurement, operational excellence, smart services, capital projects, and manufacturing operations. The role would imply the involvement on strategic and transformational projects for key accounts of Accenture in Saudi Arabia and GCC, especially in the industries like Oil & Gas, Utilities, Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, Logistics and Industrial, and others where Supply Chain & Operations can have relevant solutions for the client needs.

　　Responsibilities/Authorities:

　　Team member delivery teams focusing on supply chain and operations transformations

　　Analysis for clients’ performance improvement

　　Presentations for executive messaging and detailed deliverable contents

　　Participation to business development and proposals creation

　　Skill Sets:

　　A minimum of 0-1 years of progressive business and consulting experience

　　MBA or graduate-level degree (Full time Regular course only) in related field

　　Knowledge / experience in supply Chain, sourcing & procurement, operations

　　Advanced analytical skills

　　Solid Consulting Experience in top tier consulting firms

　　Top standing and communication soft skills

　　Should be an Arabic speaker

　　Prior Internships/ Tamheer Program / Co-ops in the field of Supply chain consulting would be preferred

　　Strong organization and workforce analytics skills (e.g., individual and organizational assessments)

　　Experience with using a scientific approach (i.e., hypothesis, test, measure, iterate) to test behavior change initiatives

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

　　Strong organizational and analytical skills
