Our Credit Union Solutions is looking for a talented Technical Business Analyst to work on our Data Analytics and Reporting team. Our customers are currently transforming the way they think about and use data as they pursue initiatives such as digital transformation, predictive/prescriptive analytics and software as a service. What you'll be responsible for:
Interact with customers, subject matter experts and other internal stakeholders to elaborate and refine business and technical feature requirements.
Refine features into users stories, functional and non-functional requirements, as well as acceptance criteria.
Work with the product owner to maintain, enhance and groom product backlogs (epics, features and user stories)
Assist our technical writers with system documentation, as well as contribute to end-user and project management documentation.
Assist the development and QA teams in researching topics, gathering/manipulating/preparing data.
May write, perform and document application, system and regression test steps and descriptions.
Works with our customer facing support teams to help research issues and inquiries from clients.
Support the beta testing of new product releases and relevant features
Conduct business and technical analysis as necessary.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
A minimum of 5 years with data management, integration and analytic technologies and activities.
Excellent verbal communication skills (both speaking and listening) and writing which can allow interaction with both business and technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to develop requirements for product/services.
Experience in developing (or assisting the development of) acceptance criteria, testing plans/approaches and test cases.
Experience with SCRUM or other Agile discipline.
Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities while meeting deadlines
What would be nice for you to have:
Experience developing or deploying/managing commercial software sold to customers outside of your organization.
Data driven, experienced gathering data, manipulating and analyzing data, presenting result and making recommendations.
Prior experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or technical position.
Experience with cloud based architectures, pipelines and repositories.
Experienced in CU data management and reporting
Prior technical development experience (e.g coding, scripting, testing)
General project management skills.
