. is currently seeking a Subcontracts Manager who will provide experience, leadership, guidance, and mentorship to program management, procurement, and subcontracts team members. This individual will manage all aspects of subcontract monitoring and control including Request for Proposals (RFPs), negotiations, and awards. The Subcontracts Manager, in conjunction with SRC operations and program management, will review proposals, develop evaluation criteria, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, and write subcontract packages for review, and prepare awards and administers resulting subcontracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in DCMA/DCAA audits, including CPSR.

　　Manage and track costs as well as manage relationships, quality, scheduling, invoicing, and executionPerform preliminary fact-finding and cost/price analysis on the Subcontractor proposal(s) and prepare a Cost Estimates to support the prime contract proposal, as neededResponsible for subcontracts compliance during Defense Contract Auditing Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management (DCMA) audits, fact-finding, and prime contract negotiation by participating with procurement management, program management, contracts, including CPSRPrepare responses and the development of negotiation positionsProvide subcontract leadership in program execution by anticipating and resolving problems, and ensuring inter-group cooperation to meet all program obligations and objectives.
