Job Summary

　　Receives and interprets bolt orders to determine materials needed. May assemble bolts and nuts. Packages assembled bolt orders utilizing the plastic skid-wrapping machine. May perform inventory functions and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

　　Job Duties and Responsibilities

　　Receives bolt orders.

　　Ability to use Syteline for documentation of orders.

　　Retrieves appropriate bolt material from storage location(s).

　　Packages bolts to prevent damage during normal handling, & to customer order requirements and updates in Sytline.

　　Lists completed bolt orders in Logbook.

　　Delivers materials to proper personnel/storage location.

　　May be required to use forklift.

　　May help unload containers.

　　May load material on saws.

　　Performs physical count of bolt material.

　　Skills

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Ability to read and interpret instructions and detailed manufacturing procedures.

　　Ability to understand and read measuring tools such as tape measurer and/or ruler.

　　Good math and written communication skills.

　　Education

　　High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

　　Work Experience

　　No prior work experience required, but experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting is preferred.

　　Forklift experience a plus, or ability to be trained on the forklift.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Must be able to lift fifty pounds independently.

　　Ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, push and pull.

　　Continuous standing and/or walking.

　　Moderate physical effort- working frequently with average weights of ten to fifty pounds or continuously with lighter weights.

　　Good eye/hand/foot coordination

　　Ability to work in cold, hot and/or dusty environment, with noisy conditions and occasionally outside in the elements.
