SUMMARY
As a Senior Talent Sourcing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and delivering talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition & Leadership team, Clinical Hiring Managers, Marketing, and other stakeholders. Your focus will be on attracting top talent in a competitive space by effectively communicating our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Total Rewards. This position requires a talent hunter who can tell a compelling story, leverage technology, and utilize market insights to position Rochester Regional Health as the ideal destination for talented individuals to build and grow their careers.

Desired Attributes:
1 or more years of healthcare sourcing experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language, ability to write compelling and succinct messaging to intrigue talent to take the next step in the candidate journey.

Experience in overseeing, guiding, and successfully completing intricate projects. Demonstrated success throughout all stages, encompassing initiation, execution, measurement, and ongoing enhancement.
Experience conducting market research and analysis to deploy measurable strategies to attract and secure niche talent, preferably in the Healthcare industry desired.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience with Workday ATS and Beamery CRM highly desired.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Mentor & Lead. As a Sr. Recruiter you will use your expertise to not only secure talent for your open roles but share best practices and innovative approaches to attracting talent for replication by overall Talent Acquisition team.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and stakeholders to understand hard-to-fill roles, existing challenges, and strategies for uncovering and attracting talent through various resources, building and engaging talent pipelines for critical talent pools.
Partner closely with key collaborators to anticipate talent demand and develop, execute, and deliver the Talent Sourcing Strategy. Ensure a seamless handoff and provide a positive candidate experience in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. Review applicants, conduct pre-screening interviews, and collaborate with Talent Partners for the remaining steps of the selection process.
Talent Brand Marketing. Implement the Employer Value Promise (EVP) across various channels and social media platforms to enhance employer brand visibility. Aid public relations in establishing an "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
Research & Evaluate. Act as the go-to expert for identifying critical talent pools, conducting creative outreach, and securing top talent for key positions. Lead and support projects related to career branding and track data associated with implemented sourcing strategies and return on investments (ROIs). Develop a pool of top talent via job boards, direct email, telephone calls, and our applicant tracking system (ATS) in advance of need.
Recruitment Planning. Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team by devising and implementing recruitment strategies, ensuring an expanded talent pool and exceptional candidate experience. Maintain regular contact with potential future candidates and stay knowledgeable about organizational benefits and value propositions.
Sourcing & Networking. Identify and implement additional sourcing tools based on market trends and employ various strategies, including content creation, social media, employee referrals, industry networking, and external partnerships. Build sourcing strategies to foster networks and cultivate long-term relationships with qualified passive candidates. Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
