  Job Purpose and Impact

  The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant , will develop and implement programs to recruit and select the talent to meet business needs. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring and development needs, develop and implement sourcing and branding strategies and bring external market insights to ensure competitiveness in the market.

  Key Accountabilities

  Develop and execute strategies to support hiring activities across functions and businesses for assigned area, portfolio or project.

  Partner with senior stakeholders to build sourcing strategies and recruiting plans based on business needs.

  Partner with business stakeholders to drive a consultative approach for market research and mapping, sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management in order to recruit top diverse candidates in a cost effective manner.

  Utilize internal analytics and metrics to resolve or improve upon talent acquisition practices, processes and strategies.

  Ensure policies, processes and legal requirements comply with local labor laws and company standards.

  Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  Qualifications

  Minimum Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  Advance English level

  Confirmed business partnering skills.

  Experience with recruiting technology and tools, such as Taleo and LinkedIn

  Experience with candidate pipeline development through personal networking, research, and a variety of talent attraction and engagement methods, processes, and tools.

  Minimum of six years of related work experience

  Other minimum qualifications may apply

  Preferred Qualifications

  In-house recruitment experience.

  Experience with campus recruitment.

  Portuguese is considered a plus
