At Microsoft, we have bold ambitions: Empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. To make that a reality, the Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint product organizations are charged with delivering content collaboration and communication leadership in modern work, education, and life. Our combined Design, Research, and User Experience Engineering Studio -- Collaborative Experience Design (CxD) -- is responsible for building delightful, collaborative experiences. You will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to oversee the creation and implementation of strategy execution plans, while ensuring alignment across functions. You will also use your understanding of strategy to design upcoming budgets.

You will provide leadership support by ensuring team activities are aligned with their goals. This will involve building broad relationships that support activities across the business and communicating key leadership priorities.

You will partner with communications creators to help plan and execute effective communications coming from the design team. You will monitor organizational health, respond to team culture issues, and promote cultural initiatives.
