Manage overall generalconstruction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings. Assist projectteam with material procurement process and incorporate into masterschedule. Establish and monitor QC program. Value-engineer throughoutprojects. Make sound choices and seek creative solutions to problemsusing all available resources. Communicate and coordinate effectivelywith all project team members. Travel for projects as needed. To besuccessful in this role, you must have at least 15+ years of experiencein cold storage and/or food & beverage construction, along with posthigh school education or equivalent in the construction field, possess avalid driver\'s license, and must pass pre-employment drug and alcoholtest and subsequent random testing. You will really stand out if you:Have experience leading and supervising a project team. Have strongworking knowledge of BIM and/or CAD and current building codes. Haveprevious experience creating and managing a MS Project schedule, andfamiliarity with the construction market.
