　　We are looking for Full time, Part time, and On-Call for all shifts (Day, Evening, Night, Variable)

　　Job Description:

　　This position is responsible for providing assistance and support to the medical staff and interdisciplinary team.

　　This position plans, coordinates, and provides nursing care to participants/residents/patients/clients in accordance to individual service contracts, and as directed by supervisor and/or Registered Nurse.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Education sufficient to qualify as an LPN

　　Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　1 year LTC geriatric experience

　　1 year experience as a staff nurse with LTC experience

　　Supervisory experience with nursing assistants

　　Experience with an interdisciplinary team

　　Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
