　　As Senior Software Engineer on Measurement & Verification, you will design and implement technical solutions to show how Microsoft Advertising is aiding advertisers in achieving their goals. You will join a tight knit, globally distributed team of engineers and product leaders to integrate data provided by our global partners into Microsoft’s platform to enable advertisers to meet their goals efficiently through automation and optimization. As our senior team member in Serbia, you will play a key role to develop our team culture, coach your colleagues, and expand our team over time. 　　You will design anddevelop reliable, performant, and extensible backend services to integrate ad buying workflows with measurement & verification partners’ product offerings.

　　You will apply data integration techniques to combine the strengths of Microsoft’s and partners’ data setsand bring innovative solutions to Microsoft’s global ad marketplace.

　　As a member of our technical staff, you will lead initiatives to make delivery of high-quality software routine and efficient through the entire software development lifecycle, from inceptionthrough testing and success in production.

　　You will develop in close collaboration with our product management team and engineering colleagues to ensure the solutions you develop are aligned with the needs of our customers and Microsoft’s strategy.

　　You are prepared to both learn and teach what you know by acting as a technical mentor for your team from your areas of expertise.

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in CS fundamentals, algorithm design, and software engineering.

　　Extended professional software development experience

　　Mastery of a backend programming language such as C#, Java, or Go

　　Proficiency in the development of web services in production at scale.

　　A desire to lead as our senior most staff member in Serbia. This role offers the potential to grow into people leadership for interested candidates.

　　Preferred:

　　Experience with data engineering, Docker, and Kubernetes.

　　Experience integrating software systems in collaboration with technologists outside of your organization.
