The Head of Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence, IGT will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing and business intelligence strategies to promote the range of products in our portfolio by leveraging data and best demonstrated practices in the industry. In addition, gaining market insights while staying on top of industry and technology trends will be critical to success. This person will collaborate closely with marketing teams across our three business units, along with cross-functional departments, to ensure the successful digital launches, positioning, communication and ongoing promotion of our products and services (hardware and SaaS) in the global healthcare market.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Planning Communications: Ensure implementation of digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives, increase market share, and drive revenue growth with clear communications. This person will be responsible for rolling up BOD, WWPP, LRP presentations.
Digital Targeting and Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including online campaigns, social media presence, and website optimization to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Use industry leading data and analytics to improve targeting and closing, aligning across our three business units.
Coordinate messaging and content development, delivery, and refinement with cross-functional team.
Establish metrics for monitoring and optimizing customer journey and budget efficiency.
Provide educational content to business unit marketers and leadership to keep them up to date with trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Market Intelligence & Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
Commercial Excellence: Developing commercial expertise across one or more countries, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Influences policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the respective marketing teams within IGT along with sales, product development, regulatory affairs, customer service and other cross-functional teams to ensure an omnichannel approach to customer facing interactions.
Performance Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and demand creation via enhanced targeting, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, marketing, or a related technical field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing and sales leadership roles in medical device/imaging.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $163,200.00-$244,800.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
