The BasicsWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud, Customer Communities, and Salesforce Administration. This role will have their hands in a little bit of everything but will specialize in gathering and maintaining requirements for our portfolio of projects, assist with functional and technical design, test and evaluate new and existing technologies during concept validations. This person will also act as the main liaison between stakeholders in Customer Experience, Customer Engagement, and Support, and work collaboratively with IT PMO to ensure transparency and timely delivery of project deliverables, and maintain an up to date technology roadmap for future technology needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our use of Salesforce to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
