Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (ED)

We’re looking for qualified Registered Nurses to join our Texas Health family. Is that you?

Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231

Work hours: Full Time Nights (7P-7A) for 36 hrs/week; Weekend and holiday requirements

Emergency Department Highlights:

· Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team

· Fast-Paced, high-volume department averaging 200 patients/day

Here’s What You Need:

· Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or

· Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or

· Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred

· 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN Residency Program required

· 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department Acute Care setting strongly preferred

· RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And

· BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And

· CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Required And

· FIM - Functional Independent Measure 6 Months Required And

· ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Preferred And

· CRRN - Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Upon Hire Preferred
