　　What you will do as a Senior Sales Manager

　　· Be responsible for achieving budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and assist in maximising profitability

　　· Perform daily sales activities including face-to-face meetings, contracting & rate negotiations, attendance at trade shows, participate on FAM trips and conduct regular site inspections

　　· Participate in UK and overseas sales trips as well as local activities and initiatives

　　· Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, monitor activity and adjust strategy according to market needs and trends

　　· Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to produce group/or meeting business, to include room sales and food & beverage sales. You will be a people person who is great at growing and maintaining long lasting relationships

　　· Be enthusiastic, dynamic, confident and ambitious. You will bring a sense of fun and optimism to your role, helping to maintain the positive atmosphere that exists across our teams
