  Description POSITION SUMMARY The Sr. Sales Engagement Partneris a critical member of the Liberty Packaging Sales Operations and enablement team. This roleowns customer-facing marketing materials, to include technical RFPs and customer proposals and presentations.This position develops Liberty Packaging's ability to demonstrate its brand and value proposition through various media and through all customer-interfacing employees and representatives. This full-time position reports to the Director - Sales Operations and is located at our Golden Valley, MN Packaging location. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development and execution of effective marketing strategies, communications, and campaigns. Ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. Leads technical training for sales representatives and account managers on branding, online presence and promotion, product presentations, and appropriately representing and capturing the LDI brand and value proposition. Collaborates with various internal partners (Legal, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Sales, Design, Communications, etc.) to develop core materials that can be pulled from and customized for customer introductory presentations, RFPs, compliance requests, etc. Synthesizes data and feedback gathered on customer needs and satisfaction to identify broader themes and needs for sales or operations. Creates collateral for RFPs for prospective strategic or national accounts. May serve as project leader or coordinator for LDI responses to strategic RFPs and RFQs. Other duties, as assigned. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in a marketing leadership or senior individual contributor role in a value-add industry. PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills Experience leading and collaborating in a matrixed organization.
