Robert Half Lexington has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Customer Success Specialist! Are you a customer service professional with management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing client experiences and elevating customer relationships? Then we have the position for you. This role involves managing customer relationships, working in a high-volume environment, and helping maximize the customer experience to help drive loyalty and increase revenue. This position is a full-time contract to hire opportunity in the Lexington, KY area. You will work fully onsite in the Lexington, KY office Mon-Fri in a typical 40 hour work week. This Customer Success Specialist role is in the IT services industry, prior IT industry experience isn't required but would be a plus! The successful candidate will have 3-5 years prior customer service/client services experience in a manager/supervisor capacity, comfort with using multiple computer systems/software--including MS Excel, MS Word, and cloud based systems. Requirements
-Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
-Excel experience required
Prior customer service or call-center experience, preferably in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
Experience with being held accountable to KPIs and call-tracking
Advanced ability in business writing, including the use of email correspondence
Outstanding research, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
