　　We are looking for:

　　A creative and open-minded research scientist who can work in an open and passionate team aiming at developing new lubricant functional additive solutions to serve customers.

　　We count on you for:

　　Develop new solutions for lubricity, anti-corrosion, passivation etc. and provide the relevant technical support to customers, your responsibility is to,

　　Manage projects and ensure delivery

　　Manage and execute projects in collaboration with the global R&I, BD, and sales teams.

　　Work closely with customers and ensure that projects deliver solutions in line with customers’ specifications and timelines

　　Engage all resources that are key to project delivery (analytical teams, purchasing teams, plant teams, regulatory teams, legal teams, etc.)

　　Facilitate the innovation transfer other zones

　　Review literature (such as articles, patents, product launches, etc.), and keep up with the industrial trend, competitive landscape, and new technology progress in the field.

　　Contribute to the development of technical skills (identifying new equipment that would improve the quality / efficiency of our developments in this field, identifying new relevant training, congresses, labs in academia to collaborate with, etc.)

　　Ensure that you and your co-workers are working in conditions meeting HSE policies and rules, as well as Quality policies and rules. You will be accountable for complying with these policies and procedures.

　　You will bring:

　　Education background–MS degree or PhD degree in organic synthesis, or physical chemistry, or tribology science related field required.

　　With >5 year work experience in MetalWorking fluids/Vehicle lubricants formulating or >3 year functional additives’ development. Being familiar with the market trends and the customers’ needs as well as lab tests specific to the MWF/Lube industry.

　　Work experience in global company or organic synthesis background would truly be advantages, as well as competences in lubricant/ MWF evaluation process.

　　Recognized experience in project management.

　　Collaborative. Can-do spirit and pressure-resistant.
