Job Duties and Responsibilities
Retail Wireless is seeking a strategic, savvy Channel Marketing Manager, National Retail to project manage, develop, and execute campaign strategies that promote our new device launches, plan, and device offers, and engage our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive excitement around plan and device propositions that directly lead to customer conversions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a foundational understanding of device landscape within mobile, including competitive and seasonal dynamics and key customer purchase drivers
Consult with the National Retail team on the most effective ways to structure marketing programs within partner relationships and contracts
Work with cross-functional teams to maintain presence and ensure a high level of agreed program execution in all National Retail accounts
Drive high and increasing levels of digital sales by working within National Retail partner com and marketplace experiences to drive efficient views, click-throughs and purchases
Own integrated 12-month calendar of devices and offers with marketing support planned and channels of activation required
Conduct market research and gain insights into consumer needs and preferences and use this information to develop targeted marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging, creativity and content that resonates with target audiences
Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and metrics for all marketing campaigns and initiatives as a part of the entire marketing strategy
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal partners
Ensure all marketing materials and messaging are consistent with brand guidelines and standards
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns both in retail and digital channels
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in market research, developing marketing plans, and managing budgets and timelines
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights that inform marketing strategy
Experience with digital marketing, social media, content marketing, local marketing, and in-store marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Knowledge of the retail wireless industry a plus
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,375.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
