  Source, recruit, and hire top professionals across multiple functions with a primary focus on Sales and MarketingManage the full cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptanceDevelop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a pipeline of qualified candidatesBuild trusted partnerships with sales leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting processPartner with other departments to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding

  What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  Bachelor's degree4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the areas of software/techStrong understanding of positions, compensation, techniques and methodologies preferably in the SaaS spaceProven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidatesFamiliarity with the sales and technology markets and their ecosystemAbility to articulate the Qualtrics value proposition and story to candidatesExperience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycleExpert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
