  About the role

  The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined infrastructure construction project solutions for retail and financial institution clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading infrastructure projects related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roadways, and water supply or sewer systems. The selected candidate will be required to work from an office in San Antonio, TX three days a week.

  What you’ll do

  Leads all facets of project and program management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multi-asset facility projects related to new infrastructure, cooling towers, chillers, roofing replacements, MEP, HVAC, and roadway assessments.

  Conduct periodic site visits to lead all aspects of the progress of construction and monitor the status of work completed during the schedule for delivery.

  Applying CBRE standards to multifaceted real estate documents related to agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.

  Leads construction and renovation projects and ensures detailed staff understands and implements safety requirements, operations, policies, and procedures.

  Overseeing regional project reports, stewards account-specific Key Performance Indicators, and promoting overall program improvements. Performs training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.

  Building relationships with clients to ensure projects are being delivered against established expectations and to explore opportunities for program improvements.

  Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes; conducts standard requests for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.

  Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources briefed.

  What you’ll need

  Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) required from College or University

  Minimum of 6 years of experience managing infrastructure construction projects related to retail and financial facilities.

  Prior experience with reading and understanding Civil, Electrical, & Mechanical drawings.

  Knowledge of MS Projects, leases, contracts, and construction practices.

  Must be able to pass an extensive financial background required by the financial institution client,
