Aerotek is currently hiring for a client working in the St. Rose, LA area and looking to add multiple Dock Operators to their team. This team has a 24/7 operation which means flexibility in a schedule rotation is required and each shift consists of 12-hour shifts. 　　Description:

　　Candidates will be loading and unloading cargo off ships at various barges.

　　Candidates will need to be open to traveling between each barge. All of the work will be done in St. Rose, LA but will be in an outdoor environment.

　　Will use the equipment onshore at each facility to unload ships with hazardous materials. Experience with chemical handling is a plus.

　　Need to be cautious and avoid any spills/incidents.

　　Physically demanding role requiring candidates to work in all weather conditions 100% outdoor work.

　　Need to pay attention to the quality and quantity of the cargo.

　　Signing off on paperwork and requires good communication skills (written and verbal in English)
