　　Description: Within our new and state-of-the-art Greeley, COmanufacturing facility, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior ProjectEngineer on our Plant Technical team to continue moving our organization toeven larger levels of people development, equipment reliability, andproduction efficiencies. 　　At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $105,000 and $125,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 12%.* Lead and drive the conception and completion of assigned capital projects,including development, design, purchase, construction, and start-up,with a focus on satisfying budgetary limits, production needs, andgovernmental requirements.* Lead parts of capital projects from conception to completion, includingbudgeting and scheduling.* Oversee improvements, modifications, and upgrades to processes andequipment, ensuring they facilitate production needs and have engineeringdesign conducive to proper repair and maintenance.* Establish critical system priority lists, track all materials used forwork orders, and balance multiple projects simultaneously to completion.* Own the development of formal and informal technical training programs toplant production.* Provide technical and engineering expertise and mentorship to production andmaintenance to improve productivity and reduce cost.* Identify, develop, and lead improvements to utility, process, orenergy systems, to improve efficiency or reduce cost.* Thrive in a challenging environment where problem-solving, continuouslearning, and high technical capability are the norm.
