Under the Direction of the BU CTSI, Quality Assurance/Quality 9QA/QC) Control Manager, QA/QC Program Coordinator provides administrative support for the Pilot and KL2 Awards on include collection of all required regulatory documentation for projects that involve Human Subjects or Vertebrate animal research. The QA/QC Program Coordinator helps to develop dashboards and standard operation procedures to ensure compliance with BU and Federal guidelines. This position provides overall support to the QA/QC Manager to include special projects, scheduling meetings and support of overall research activities. In addition, the coordinator provides support to the BU CTSI General Clinical Research Unit Director of Clinical Research Operations.
Required Skills
Associate's degree with 1-3 years of related experience
Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred
The successful candidate will have demonstrated strong work ethic and excellent communication skills; comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and office administrative procedures, is comfortable working with senior managers and all relevant internal and external constituencies in a service-oriented, large-scale, and complex organization on research activity in conjunction with diverse faculty, staff, and administrators
Knowledge of Human subjects research and related federal regulations preferred
