This position requires a high degree of organization, administrative work, scheduling, outbound calling, prospecting, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.Benefits:401 (K)Generous Paid Time OffPaid VacationsHealthDentalVisionEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage in all areas of recruiting, selection, and onboarding.Build and develop job descriptions and postings.Communicate with hiring managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs.Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in Paycor Recruiting.Conduct advanced searches on LinkedIn + Indeed. Proactively reach out to candidates to set up initial phone calls.Send appropriate communication to candidates for each stage of the process.Plan and coordinate Recruiting, Onboarding, and Team events.Participate in company and industry training programs and work to improve the recruiting and selection skills of the entire leadership team.Audits employee files for completeness and compliance with appropriate guidelines.Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.Education, Knowledge and SkillsBachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education or equivalent experience.Experience in manufacturing preferred.2+ years of recruiting.Unconditional ability to maintain highly confidential information.Ability to represent the corporation with integrity and professionalism in all business matters.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS software and Paycor.Bilingual preferred.Work Environment:Manufacturing and office environment.
