Ford Hungary is looking for a Senior Project and Finance Specialist to join our team in Szentendre

　　The business office team always represents the voice of the customer to develop legally compliant, profitable, robust, and sustainable business solutions for the whole of Service Engineering Operations.

　　The role encompasses, but is not limited to,…

　　Revenue identification, justification, and development for SEO through dealers, fleet customers, independent motor traders and Tool Vendors.

　　Budget preparation, consolidation, reporting and ongoing control actions along with support, for purchased services and agency personnel.

　　Acting as the voice of the customer in the development of the Professional Technician System and FordServiceInfo websites, etc,.. with different Business IT and Core IT team in terms of technical content, training, diagnostic and repair service support.

　　Launching and supporting new Ford hardware and tools sales from both a contract development, commercial, project delivery and marketing perspective.

　　Support rollout of new projects relating to revenue generation and legislative compliance.

　　Process and communicate changes to licencing terms & conditions on a regular basis with the legal department, suppliers and other internal groups. Liaise with key suppliers and the legal office on changes to contracts or agreements.

　　Support regulatory changes, working with teams across SEO, utilising progressive technology to develop and deliver innovative, low cost and sustainable processes and tools.

　　Respond to enquiries under legislation for technical or diagnostic data and developing contracts and new revenue streams from any contacts as appropriate.

　　Maintain Audit Compliance working with Team Leaders and demonstrate compliance for internal or external audits as needed.

　　Excellent Microsoft skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.

　　Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.

　　Able to distil complex data/ information sets into key messages with actionable proposals appropriate to the audience.

　　Strong organisational skills. Self-motivated requiring minimal supervision.

　　Works well within disparate, multidisciplinary teams and willing to engage with all levels of organisation.

　　Experience Preferred

　　Ability to construct proactive, but realistic, business and marketing plans along with accurate financial models to project revenues.Education
