  Key Responsibilities:

  Build Program and Portfolio Management Practices:

  Navigate a fast-paced, agile environment in a collaborative and innovative manner to ensure analytics delivery is aligned to the strategic goals of the business.

  Build and manage program and portfolio value practices in collaboration with strategy, finance, and analytics delivery teams.

  Drive the changement and communication in order to establish practices.

  Design Programs and Ensure Strategic Oversight:

  Identify potential new programs and projects within them that potentially align to strategic goals. Evaluate existing programs to ensure relevance and impact.

  Manage projects, processes, and tools for the Strategic portfolio (including use case templates)

  Lead strategic planning and execution sessions, quarterly PI planning, and value reviews.

  Ensure timely updates and accurate publication of the Strategic Portfolio Initiative Management Dashboard and Intake Tracker in Edison365.

  Adminster and own the build out of our Edison365 Portfolio Management tool (workflows, templates, approvals, etc.)

  Develop innovative approaches related to data reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and metrics for the Data and Analytics portfolio.

  Analytics Request Management:

  Intake, review, and evaluate all analytics requests to ensure they meet requirements to advance through the use case approval process.

  Assign approved analytics requests to various delivery teams for scoping and use case development.

  Conduct use case reviews and approvals in partnership with the strategic portfolio council and HRO analytics leadership team.

  Ensure optimal utilization of our resources. Drives the trade-offs/prioritization discussions (and decisions) on resources to ensure we do not delay big projects.

  Project Leadership and Collaboration:

  Serve as a single point of contact for all programs and projects within the HRO Analytics Organization.

  Lead complex initiative implementations using industry-standard project management practices.

  Collaborate across various teams, including HRO Analytics, ADP Global Product and Technology, Business Transformation, and Enablement.

  Connect delivery teams and find synergy as part of project delivery.

  Continuous Improvement and Communication:

  Act as the system owner for program and portfolio management processes and tools.

  Develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives for program and portfolio management which translate into meaningful business value.

  Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and vendors.

  Simultaneously handle multiple complex activities and lead detailed/executive-level communications to keep partners informed of program/project status and activities.

  Qualifications:

  Hybrid role, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

  Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, statistics, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.

  5+ years managing programs for cross-functional analytics product or solution development teams. Ideally with direct leadership in Portfolio Management, Program Management, and/or Strategy Consulting roles (preferably with data science, business intelligence, and engineering projects).

  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large, complex data and business problems.

  Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for effective presentation creation tailored to different audiences and initiatives.

  Edison365 or other Portfolio and Innovation tools

  Ability to manage multiple projects and programs end to end.

  Demonstrated ability to motivate teams towards high levels of excellence and standards.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  MBA Preferred

  SQL preferred

  Edison365 or other Portfolio and Innovation tools

  Analytics and Strategy Consulting experience from MBB/Big4 or Fortune 500 experience

  Change management and large-scale transformation experience.

  Experience building out an analytics portfolio management functions at another organization.

  Risk, Insurance, or HCM Industry experience is a plus

  B2B experience

  Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $99,900.00 - $267,570.00 / Year
