Work to improve our safety culture.Assist the Operator in running the panel line. Training provided for running all aspects of the line.Learn to run the panel line and fill in as an operator when needed.Train and direct temporary employees when needed.Run all equipment as efficiently as possible, while working to continuously improve set up time, speed, and waste.Maintain a high sense of urgency on the panel team at all times.Understand and handle all aspects of paperwork and data, such as quality check sheets, drawings, Bill of Materials, data entry into computer software.Be open to trying new ideas, all the time.Have and encourage very strong teamwork between departments.
