　　Shift: 0700-1530, 1100-1930, 1500-2330, 1900-0730, 2300-0730

　　Summary:

　　Assists with and provides infant through adult patient care under the direction of the Nurse Manager or assigned RN-Clinical Nurse. Performs only those skills listed in the Record of Activity of Orientation (RAO). Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

　　Qualifications:

　　Required:Enrolled in an accredited nursing program (or a program seeking accreditation), completed fundamentals of nursing, and is currently registered in clinical.Continuous enrollment in a nursing program or a graduate of a nursing program and board eligible.BLS Certification from the AHA for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.Eligibility to continue in the position lasts for a maximum of 6 months after graduation from nursing school.Ability to interact effectively with various cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
