JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC is seeking an experienced program integrator to provide wide-ranging contracts, budget, and programmatic support to a Customer office that performs strategic research and outreach focused on understanding the capabilities and vulnerabilities of Quantum computing and exploiting Quantum phenomenology. Program personnel work with subject matter experts across industry and government to include National Labs. The candidate will support a large effort and will possess demonstrated experience in tracking budgets, creating and tracking system contract requests, and tracking status of contracts. The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently to complete tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
· Create and monitor contract actions and oversee budget execution of multiple contracts (not at the Budget Specialist level).
· Track contract actions, including invoices, from multiple internal and external funding sources.
· Assist with contract oversight duties such as contract funding, period of performance, and inclusion of contracts in the Customer budget.
· Run contract funding status reports in the Customer system.
· Assist with developing and tracking spend plans.
· Ensure timely tracking and completion of Customer activities and requests.
· Manage monthly status reports, meeting notes, and other program documents.
· Coordinate with stakeholders for funding and requirements collection.
· As a secondary duty, candidate will also carry out certain administrative support tasks for the branch such as system accesses, calendars, and meetings.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
· Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.
· Must have a Bachelors Degree ( Or equivalent) and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience.
· Demonstrated experience handling contract tracking and budget responsibilities, including familiarity with the Customer’s financial and contracts systems and processes.
· Record of accomplishment supporting the customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables.
· Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements.
· Demonstrated excellent writing skills.
· Skilled with MS Office suite of products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
· Knowledge of Customer administrative systems and processes to provide baseline administrative support to Customer branch.
