We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Manager, Product Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding our customers' needs, setting product positioning, conducting commercial and technical benchmarking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to develop product briefs, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, launch plans, feature releases, and sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS products, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in product marketing.
Deliver Complete Segmentation of Customers for Flexible and Autoscale Products
Conduct market research and customer interviews to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points. Develop and maintain customer personas, identifying key segments and their unique requirements. Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with product and customer success teams to address concerns and drive improvements. Revamp and deliver the new messaging for Flexible & Autoscale in 3 months.
Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target customers and differentiate our solution from competitors. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, including website, collateral, sales presentations, and events. Establish Commercial & Technical Benchmarking for Flexible & Autoscale Products
Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and threats in the market. Regularly review industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and feature prioritization. Collaborate with product management to identify and prioritize product enhancements based on customer needs and competitive landscape. Set a Standard for Product Briefs & GTM Strategy [Long & Short Term for products & addons)
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop product briefs that outline key features, benefits, and unique selling points. Create and implement comprehensive GTM strategies for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring timely execution and optimal market impact. Improve Launch Plans & Feature Releases with Clear SOP for GTM Teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute launch plans for new products and feature releases. Coordinate with PR, content, and social media teams to create buzz and awareness around launches. Track and analyze the performance of product launches and feature releases to inform future strategies. Enable Sales Teams to Sell Effectively
Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including product demos, presentations, case studies, and FAQs. Conduct regular product training sessions for the sales team to ensure a deep understanding of our solutions and their value propositions. Provide ongoing support to the sales team, assisting with product-related questions, RFPs, and customer presentations.
