　　Job Description

　　Cintas is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Safety to lead a team of partners that assists Cintas locations with managing their facility services products. The Senior Product Line Manager – Facility Services will train and lead a team of partners to assist locations in improving various service performance objectives including: cost management, product management, billing, process improvements, as well as training key partners on the products and services. This position will be responsible for establishing immediate and long-range planning of location goals and follow up communication with the various locations on these goals, additional training needs, and adjustments as necessary. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing company-wide growth initiatives and training programs for facility services products. This position will require travel up to 60% of the time.

　　Required

　　Ability to travel up to 60% of the time

　　Minimum 2 years customer service experience

　　Valid driver's license

　　Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Intranet/Internet Preferred

　　Minimum 1 year management experience preferred

　　Experience presenting materials in a group setting preferred
