Job Description Job Purpose: This team member will assist with hotel functions such as bell services, door, and valet, and will represent the hotel throughout arrival and departure by greeting guests in an enthusiastic and courteous manner. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Greet all guests in a friendly, warm manner welcoming them to the Resort. To assist in the transport and storage of guest luggage. To assist with guest packages. To properly log all trips originating from the Bell Stand. Responsible for a clean and profession appearance of uniform. Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities and surrounding area. To be conversant with all hotel promotional programs (guest related). To assist with guest packages. Efficiently and safely park and retrieve guest vehicles. To properly log all trips originating from the Bell Stand. Responsible for a clean and profession appearance of uniform. Provide our guests with an exceptional arrival and departure experience that makes them feel welcome. Engages the guest to provide superior guest service. Manages the traffic at the front of the hotel. Conduct key audit at the end of each shift. Maintains the cleanliness of the front of the hotel. Notifies the Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals whenever possible. Loads the baggage in the cars or taxis for departing guests Maintains a clean and orderly appearance of the work area at all times. Understand all emergency procedures.
