The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting LSA's marketing efforts. This role plays an integral part in content development, graphic design, marketing campaigns and social media.
Responsibilities
- - Contribute to the creation and editing of engaging and compelling content for our digital marketing channels, ensuring alignment with our brands voice and objectives. - Create and design visual content for marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, sales sell sheets, postcards, case studies, banners, direct mailings and video content. - Collaborate with the team to execute and optimize online marketing campaign, including but not limited to social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. - Support website updates and maintenance, create landing pages, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies. - Assist in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, helping to make data-driven decisions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. - Analyze and report the performance of company's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics. Help identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. - Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- - 5 - 8 years of experience preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to develop creative marketing initiatives. - Strong Microsoft Office experience. - Strong Digital Marketing knowledge. - Graphic design experience using Adobe programs. - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. - LinkedIn Advertising experience preferred. - Video content creation experience preferred.
