　　Splunk is a platform, and apps are integral to innovation and building solutions for diverse global customers. As a Senior Product Manager in the App Platform team, you will drive the roadmap for the resiliency of the next generation of Splunk apps. You will help make app lifecycle management, security, and compatibility verifications, as well as app deployment, seamless and flexible for Splunk partners, third-party developers, and administrators.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Identify Splunk Apps stakeholders and be responsible for identifying new opportunities to improve the developer and admin experiences through product innovation.

　　Understand the App lifecycle management end-to-end journey, and help identify platform improvements to simplify the tasks of listing, updating, and upgrading Splunk apps for both developers and Splunk Admins.

　　Develop an understanding of our key personas and communicate their needs crisply and succinctly to our distributed engineering and design teams. Translate those needs into clear priorities, a compelling roadmap, and high-impact, innovative features.

　　Contribute to overseeing the development and implementation of app tools and processes that enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of the Splunk App Platform.

　　Actively maintain a view of the market, competition, and technologies as they evolve, and factor them into the product direction.

　　Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, other PMs, Marketing, Support, and Sales teams to solve business limiters within your control and pursue key business accelerants.

　　Exhibit a bias for action, think ambitiously, always put the customer first, and rapidly iterate towards demonstrably valuable outcomes

　　Requirements

　　PhD, MBA, or Bachelor's in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

　　5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or equivalent program management experience.

　　Experience in building, managing, or supporting Apps lifecycle.

　　Technical background in app development, or hands-on experience with a public IaaS service like AWS or GCP, is beneficial.

　　Knowledge of Splunk's technology, its architecture, or past experience in developing or administering Splunk is highly desirable.

　　Skilled at writing proposals, narratives, and roadmaps, and adept at socializing and presenting ideas and status reports to attain cross-functional agreement.

　　Base Pay: PLN 177,600.00 - 244,200.00 per year

　　Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
