　　The selected candidate will apply their skills in design and leadership in order to develop and support our "Design it Right" initiative fora variety of complex defense products and technologies. The selected candidate will have the opportunity, to acquire product knowledge, use and advance their technical skills on innovative technology while performing their assigned responsibilities in the product development on advanced projects in a Hybrid work format.

　　The duties assigned to this senior engineering position, will include the following:

　　• Translate system requirements into compliant complex printed board assembly designs

　　• Technical trade studies, evaluation of technology insertion/upgrades, laboratory test and troubleshooting.

　　• Integrate Evaluate hardware module performance using simulation tools and prototype hardware

　　• Simplify the Engineering Service Model, knowledge transfer by mentoring junior engineering talent.

　　• Create design documentation and verification test procedures

　　It will be expected that the candidate be proficient in state-of-the-art design and analysis tools, laboratory equipment and techniques, and executing in a small team environment.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of ExperienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of engineering fundamentalsExperience developing compact embedded systems for harsh environmentsExhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness.Familiar with electrical engineering design, schematic capture and analysis tools

　　Experience with printed board assembly (PBA, PCB, PWB) design using Cadence toolsFamiliarity with AS9145 compliant processesExperience with Electronic Warfare systems or high power RF software defined radio (SDR) hardwareExperience with radar systemsLocal Power Supply DesignKnowledge of memory interfaces such as DDR, QSPIKnowledge of data transfer protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, JESD 204, I2C, JTAG

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $122870 - $208890

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
