JOB REQUIREMENTS: To maintain the cleanliness and sanitary conditions ofall dishes used by the staff for serving food to our customers.-Operates and maintains the dishwashing machine. -Fills holdingcontainers completely with the correct dishes and rinses them beforeputting them in the machine. -Changes cutlery cleaning solution everytwo hours and stacks the supply neatly. -Keeps work area, hallways, andwalk-in coolers clean by sweeping, mopping, cleaning surfaces, andemptying garbage. -Assists in special maintenance when required.-Assists in basic kitchen food preparation as necessary -Follows generalprocedures listed in Chef\'s office. -Keeps work area thoroughly cleanat all times. -Maintains station and work areas in a sanitary condition.-Performs other related duties as assigned by the Steward and/or SousChef and/or Executive chef. The employee frequently is required to walk;and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specificvision abilities required by this job include close vision, distancevision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and abilityto adjust focus. The position is indoors; and is exposed to hot, humidand/or cold conditions at times. The noise level in the work environmentis usually moderate.
