Senior Principal - Business Consulting - Microsoft Dynamics

　　 About the role:

　　Infosys Consulting is seeking Senior Principal - Business Consulting with a deep background in the Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics (CRL) sectors. In this role, your primary responsibilities will involve providing business consulting and delivery leadership to engagements in Microsoft Dynamics.

　　Your will leverage your extensive professional services experience in executing transformation programs and play a crucial role in leading and maturing our consulting services. As a vital member of our community of business strategists, innovators, process engineers, and technology leaders, you will collaborate closely with our clients to drive large-scale business and IT/digital transformations. Your involvement will extend to strategic initiatives such as branding, thought leadership, and knowledge management, all aimed at delivering value and assisting our clients in adapting to the dynamic needs of the global landscape.

　　 Responsibilities Include:

　　Project Execution Create Future State blueprint for Business Transformations enabled by Microsoft Dynamics. Advise functional and technology leaders in defining priorities, key initiatives. Guide Technology strategies and transformation of services to effectively deliver business capabilities. Facilitate requirements workshops with client, team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics. Guide the team wherever required in Design To-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives. Assists with the identification of cross-functional and cross-team dependencies drive critical design decisions to closure and help develop cohesive integrated solutions. Drives E2E Business Process modeling and fit/gap analysis of the technology solutions to determine a need for customization and enhancements; RICEFW objects. Data Management - Data conversion, Master data management and Governance Sales

　　Support Infosys Consulting leadership team members in driving proposal development and leading proposal discussions Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities with the assistance of senior leadership. Lead solution definition for client specific needs during opportunity to closure cycle. Articulate our unique point of view in various thought leadership media including papers, webinars, and seminars

　　Mentor and coach team members through formal, performance evaluation methods and informal, individual feedback opportunities Serve as People Manager to junior consultants

　　 Practice Development

　　Create/contribute Microsoft Dynamics practice artifacts. Contribute to practice growth through recruitment, training and retention. Provide insight and thought leadership to develop innovative assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies

　　 Basic Qualifications/ Requirements:

　　15+ years of business consulting, systems development, systems integration, delivery management experience in Retail environment, ERP solutions 7+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Project with at least 5 years in Program management, enterprise architect, solution architecture and integration (including Process, data and systems). 3+ full lifecycle implementations (all phases) leading a package implementation with Microsoft Dynamics Platform - Finance & Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Mobile app (PowerApps), Dataverse, Microservices, System integration. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level A proven track record of leading and managing both large and small, global and local teams Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills In-depth knowledge of Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverables Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodology. Ability and willingness to travel 80%, typically Monday - Thursday Bachelor's degree or MBA or overseas equivalent required from an accredited institution. 　　Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Master Certification Certification in at least one other Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX module. Significant experience of Process, Data and System areas in Retail, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Store inventory, Omni-channel. Proficient in Finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and accounting. About Us:
