　　Your role:

　　As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

　　Required:

　　• Experience in Information Technology

　　• Should have excellent knowledge in design, development, maintain, publish and secure APIs using Axway API Gateway Manager, Axway API Manager, Axway Policy Studio, Axway Developer Portal, Axway API Builder, Axway API Marketplace, Axway Authorization & Consent Management module, Axway Integration Builder, Axway Business Insights

　　• Experience in API Configuration and platform support on Amplify Axway gateway - Amplify Axway is a recent one, so any similar experience in Axway API management/Axway API gateway is also fine.

　　• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including frontend developers, backend developers, and product managers, to understand requirements and design appropriate API solutions.

　　• Implement API security measures, such as authentication and authorization using OAuth, SAML, API key and Rate limiting to ensure data privacy and integrity.

　　• Experience implementing and troubleshooting SSL, LDAP, SSO

　　• Develop API documentation, including API specifications, usage guides, and best practices for integration.

　　• Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts such as REST, JSON, WSDL, SOAP, webservices and scripting Shell, Javascript

　　• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to integrate APIs into web applications.

　　• Conduct thorough testing of APIs to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.

　　• Monitor and analyze API usage patterns, identify areas for optimization, and propose enhancements or refinements.

　　• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in API development and implement them where appropriate.

　　• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team on API related issues.

　　• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the quality and functionality of APIs.

　　• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

　　• Familiarity with CI/CD environments like Jenkins, Github Actions and Azure DevOps

　　• Experience with code repositories (e.g. SVN, Git)

　　• Experience with common Unix utilities, diagnostics and monitoring tools

　　• Knowledge in caching, load-balancing and reusable components

　　• Familiarity with SDLC concepts and Agile software delivery

　　• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI, Apache JMeter and Swagger

　　• Individual must have good communication skills; be self-sufficient in learning new environments and be motivated and take initiative in developing new features for the Cloud service.

　　• Good Planning and Co-ordination skills.

　　• Ability to work closely with Clients to define and derive the solutions.

　　• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

　　Preferred:

　　• Experience in API Configuration, troubleshooting and platform support on Amplify Axway gateway - Amplify Axway is a recent one so any experience in Axway API management/Axway API gateway is also fine

　　• Working experience on Axway API management gateway and underlying components

　　• Understanding of API support and development using Axway API management

　　• Development and onboarding of APIs on to Axway APIM
