Infosys is seeking Production Support Lead with Java, Spring and Oracle experience. In this role, you will be a part of production operations team. This team provides tier 2 support for production incidents and requests from business users. The role requires candidate to embrace a complex software product architecture to support a continuous stream of data to ensure accurate invoicing, disbursements, receipts and payments. The role will actively monitor production health of the platform including tickets, operational retrospect's and definition/management of necessary controls. You will be responsible for owning and troubleshooting critical production scenarios, sometimes requiring interaction with third party teams. You will actively participate in production releases and infrastructure changes. As business evolves, this role will identify utilities that can assist in operations and execute the product development for it. Monitoring, alerting, profiling tools, fault tolerance etc will be a charter for this role. The platform is a part of very fast paced initiates from a range of business units. Good communication, building business relationships and thriving in fast pace are necessary for this role.

　　 Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. Candidate must be located within the commuting distance of Austin,TX. or be willing to relocate to this location prior to Onboarding. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. At least 3 years of experience supporting critical and large scale Java applications At least 3+ years of Java development experience Experienced in Linux OS environment (Bash terminal, file management, system troubleshooting) Experienced and comfortable running queries in large scale Oracle, SQL environments Experienced with log aggregation systems (Splunk preferred) Experienced user of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus or AppDynamics Intermediate scripting skills in Bash or Python Experience with common authentication methods, certificates, and secrets management Experience writing and conducting detailed root-cause analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Good knowledge of Mongo DB and NoSQL syntax Experienced in cloud environment (AWS preferred) Actively participate in capacity planning, scale testing and disaster recovery exercises Experienced with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Go-getter/Proactive attitude is a plus.
