  The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Partner Management Specialist to join the team in Auburn, WA; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Puyallup, WA; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA; or Tukwila, WA.

  This position reports directly into Information Technology (IT) Strategy and Operations and is responsible for managing strategic pre-contract sourcing efforts and post-contract vendor management to ensure the business needs of IT are met with the optimal mix of work done internally and externally through Boeing Indirect Supply Chain.

  Position Responsibilities:

  Developing strategies to optimize the execution in support of contract, business goals and objective

  Leading and consulting IT stakeholders through assessing business needs, documenting requirements and supplier capabilities for IT products and services

  Facilitating and supporting stakeholders through the Request for Proposals and Request for Information Processes, developing Statement of Work (SOW) and metrics to meet business requirements

  Engaging in Performance Management, Infrastructure, Management, Contract Management, Demand Management, Financial Management, Program Management, & Project Management

  Leading and project managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment

  Assisting internal stakeholders in transition to a managed service model

  Leading and facilitating teams through conflicting priorities

  Assisting in stakeholder management and conflict resolution

  Leading improvement of internal and external processes and system design. Proactively identifying and mitigating contract risks

  Staying up-to-date with technology trends in Cybersecurity, IT, Procurement, and Sourcing industry best practices

  Working necessary hours to get mission and production-critical work completed

  Staying informed of industry trends in sourcing, technology, and business practices

  This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

  This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  3+ years of experience within Information Technology

  3+ years of experience working in Sourcing, Procurement and/or Supplier Management

  Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects

  Experience with Supply Chain

  Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  3+ years in a leadership role (preference given to those with program management experience)

  Project Management Professional Certified

  International Association Certified Outsourcing Professional

  Experience with leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

  Experience with supply chain aspects of sourcing, planning, manufacturing and delivering

  Typical Education & Experience:

  Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

  Relocation:

  Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

  Work Shift:

  This position will be for first shift.

  Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  Summary pay range: $116,450 - $157,550
