　　Job Description:

　　What You'll Do

　　Conduct analysis and evaluation of business data to identify solutions for moderately complex business problems.Ensure operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization.Work with business partners to implement new and enhanced existing processes that measurably to improve the customer experience.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

　　How You'll Do It

　　Serve as the subject matter expert for service functions, such as payments, statements processing, rewards, and other service activities.Work with HQ and Field teams to implement new programs.Monitor success of implemented programs and suggest improvements.Point of contact for process and procedure changes and complaint remediation.Create and maintain project documentation. Create and monitor progress, controls, and/or productivity reports.Perform all functional validation/business checkouts for system implementation. Participate in operational readiness activities for migration to new servicing platform.Work to develop and plan training events; ensure updates for new or changed processes are fitted into New Hire Training.Provide updates to senior management, including status reports.

　　Qualifications You'll Need

　　The Basics

　　Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Services, or related field2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Financial Services OperationsIn lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Customer Service or Financial Services Operations

　　Bonus Points If You Have

　　2+ years of experience in applicable line of business (Credit Cards, Deposits, Personal Loans, Student Loans, Home Loans and/or Payments), or related field

　　The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
