　　Duties: Work closely with management to execute analytical initiatives. Solve business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics, and machine learning. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

　　Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field and 4 years of experience in Senior Software Developer; Senior Programmer Analyst; Systems Analyst; Programmer Analyst or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field and 2 years of experience in Senior Software Developer; Senior Programmer Analyst; Systems Analyst; Programmer Analyst or related occupation.

　　Position required skills: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Bachelor's degree, OR Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Master's degree: utilizing SQL Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau server or Tableau Products experience; analyzing raw data and proposing solutions to meet requirements; utilizing AWS to work with data in the financial industry; and utilizing the Tableau suite.

　　Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program.

　　Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $93,621.00 to $142,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
