Job Title: Director Credit Risk Analysis (multiple openings)

Duties: Lead and manage teams that develop and enhance credit management strategies and/or loss forecasts. Lead and guide decision making on critical business components such as credit losses, receivables, and profit. The Director Credit Risk Analysis supervises two (2) Senior Manager Data Science direct reports. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field and 8 years of experience in Senior Manager Data Science; Manager Credit Risk Analytics; Project Manager, Portfolio; Associate, Portfolio or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field and 6 years of experience in Senior Manager Data Science; Manager Credit Risk Analytics; Project Manager, Portfolio; Associate, Portfolio or related occupation.
Position required skills: Eight (8) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Bachelor's degree, OR Six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation with a Master's degree: working with retail credit risk analytics, including credit strategy development, performance monitoring, insights generation, and strategy improvement; utilizing statistical techniques, including segmentation, decision trees and advanced risk predictive modeling methods; interacting with business partners, operations, technology and finance teams; and managing projects and multiple assignments concurrently.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program.
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $208,000.00 to $223,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
