　　We have an incredible opportunity to join us as a Senior Operational Excellence Manager. Being both client & internal facing, this is a stand alone project role responsible for designing and instilling robust processes and driving change to support the growth, performance and retention of a key Global MSP Account. Then applying these excellent processes wider across global RSR MSP accounts to ensure delivery teams are operating excellently while meeting our clients and regions delivery goals and organisational responsibilities.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Lead the design, review, and ongoing updates of the SOC 1 system description and risk & control framework for global MSP and SOW solutions.

　　Ensure continual alignment with global standards and promptly adapt frameworks during service expansion or changes in delivery.

　　Coordinate and involve relevant stakeholders in the business to provide input to or review the control documentation.

　　Execute & implement the SOC 1 risk & control framework and embed the approach and operational practices into the operational team

　　Provide expert advice and foster knowledge sharing within the team, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

　　Manage and influence direct or indirect reports and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives

　　Apply knowledge & share best practice strategies at an account level, with the foresight to develop regionally or globally to the benefit of the RSR business

　　Report on project progress at regular intervals to executive steering committee

　　Requirements

　　Extensive experience of recruitment outsourcing specifically MSP

　　Extensive experience of running and delivering projects within the recruitment industry

　　Proven years experience of driving change and delivery of complex operational projects specifically within the field of compliance and or business assurance

　　Solid experience of influencing skills and people management in a results driven environment

　　Ability to liaise with all levels of management including executive level, both internally & client-facing

　　Demonstrated ability to set & meet goals and deadlines

　　Knowledge of recruitment systems such as ATS, VMS & CRMs ideally Fieldglass

　　Knowledge of LEAN, Agile or Six Sigma methodologies beneficial

　　Knowledge & experience of project management methodologies (Prince, Agile,Waterfall) beneficial
