　　Under the direct medical supervision of a physician, the MA with Limited X-ray License implements delegated aspects of care and assists in both direct and indirect patient care and routine diagnostic radiographic services.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　2 years Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting.

　　2 years Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.

　　6 months Working experience in a PSJH clinic within the last 3 years.

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program with an externship (Applied learning) Or

　　Coursework/Training: Has completed medical training in the United States Armed Forces. Or

　　Coursework/Training: Has worked as a Medical Assistant in a clinic environment for at least six months Or

　　Upon hire: National Medical Assistant Certification
